A beautiful 1 bedroom lodge with large hot tub, overlooking the hills towards Pateley Bridge. The lodge is ideally a couples retreat, however the sofa converts in to a double bed*

A fully equipped stunning luxury one bedroom lodge with all amenities. Outstandingly positioned overlooking the beautiful hills surrounding pateley bridge. The lodges main living area entrance has fully opening bifolding doors which open out onto the patio/hot tub/ outside entertaining area. Outside there is a six seater hot tub (fitted with Bluetooth speakers), gas barbecue, gorgeous seating area which is heated with a large upstanding gas heater. An all round superb outside entertaining area. The kitchen includes all integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave and most importantly a wine cooler 😉) There is a gas hob with a fan assisted oven and as a little extra a Ninja air cooker for convenience. Completing the kitchen is a 4 seater dining table. The living area has a 65″smart TV, integrated into the wall with full mood lighting,an Alexa with unlimited fast fibre wifi . The sofa also converts into a sofa bed sleeping an extra 2 guests, ideal for a family of 4. The huge master bedroom has a queen size luxury bed, which is also fitted with an integrated 65″ smart tv. Off the bedroom is an absolutely stunning en-suite bathroom which includes a walk in shower/ wet room, a gorgeous sunken bath to enjoy a long soak, his and her sinks and has full underfloor heating. There are electric Velux blinds and the lodge is all fully air conditioned. You have everything home from home possible with all the added luxuries on top to make your stay one to remember.

HAREWELL WOOD CABIN
A fully equipped spacious, stunning three bedroom cabin with all amenities. We’re outstandingly positioned overlooking the beautiful hills surrounding the local village of pateley bridge. The cabin offers two large double bedrooms and one twin room with two single beds. Each bedroom is fitted with a large smart tv including Netflix, catch-up and free sat for extra entertainment. All this makes the cabin ideal for both families and groups/parties of four people. There is a beautiful spacious bathroom in which you have complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc… and for extra comfort all linen, towels and bath robes are provided. The open plan living room leads through French doors out onto the huge patio/ outdoor entertaining area.

The two large private gardens have automatic dusk till dawn lighting where you can sit and enjoy the serene sound of the stream running alongside the cabin. The main living area is fully air conditioned and fitted with a large smart tv, an Alexa for extra entertainment during cosy nights in and unlimited fast fibre wifi is fitted through the cabin. The kitchen includes all integrated appliances, microwave, gas hob with fan assisted oven, and as a little extra a ninja air cooker for added convenience. Alongside the kitchen is an adjoining utility which has a washing machine, dishwasher and additional fridge/freezer space. Completing the kitchen/ dining area is a large six seater dining table and chairs. As a little extra touch we provide complementary tea, coffee and an arrangement of local biscuits. You have everything you could possible want to make you stay a home from home experience and all the added little extras to make it one to remember.
